John William Waterhouse 2012 Calendars

The British painter and known for portraits of mythological female characters was John William Waterhouse.  Born in Rome, Italy in 1849, his family moved to South Kensington when he was a young boy.  The 2012 John William Waterhouse calendar displays beautiful women with amazing surroundings.  The cover shows a redhead on the rocks by the ocean, watching a boat struggling to stay afloat.  Other paintings in the John William Waterhouse 2012 calendar have a female working on her hair, another with flowers, and one relaxing at a table.  The artist died in 1917 at the age of 67 in London, England.
