Although there have been many productions since, the
original Bambi was a book written in 1923 by Felix Salten,
an Austrian author. It wasn't until 1942 that Walt
Disney decided to turn the book into an animated movie.
This 2012 Bambi calendar shows the fawn with his friend
Thumper. The storyline also has Flower, a skunk, and
Faline, his future mate. Besides all the lovable
characters, this Bambi 2012 calendar comes with sixty fun
stickers! The story concludes with Faline giving birth
to twin fawns. The film received mixed reviews when it
was first released. The death of Bambi's mother was
deemed inappropriate for children by many. In some of
the future releases, the scene is deleted. |
