Launched in 1983 after the successful release of My Pretty Pony in 1981, My Little Pony became incredibly popular during the 1980's. The line was re-launched worldwide in 2003 to capture a new generation of fans. This 2012 My Little Pony calendar is just one example of the many products available from this Hasbro creation. They have also developed a series of DVD movies beginning in 2003. Thus far, a total of eleven have been produced. The trademark is the colorful manes, which are evident in this My Little Pony 2012 calendar. The manes on the two ponies on the cover sport purple and multi-colored locks. This next generation of My Little Pony may not last much longer as it is now a full seven years long.
