The Red
Raiders from Lubbock, Texas play their home games at the
Jones AT&T Stadium and are coached by Mike Leach. Now
in his ninth season, Leach took his kids to the Cotton Bowl
in 2008 and finished with an 11-2 record. The 2012
Texas Tech Red Raiders football calendar goes back to the
30's and 40's when Texas Tech played in the Border
Intercollegiate Athletic Association. The Red Raiders
were in that conference from 1932-1956 before joining the
Southwest Conference in 1960 and eventually the Big 12 in
