Pictured is a
Minnesota Wild calendar for 2012 from our professional hockey
category. The Wild were an expansion team that was founded in
2000 after the North Stars left town. The 2012 Minnesota Wild calendar

Minnesota Wild 2012 Calendars
|
Playing
in the XCel Energy Center, the Minnesota Wild have brought
hockey back to the state. After the North Stars left
for Dallas in 1993, the Twin Cities were left without a
hockey team. That all changed in 2000 when they were
awarded an expansion franchise. In the 2012 Minnesota
Wild calendar, you will get stats and other useful tidbits
about the young squad. Having played only five
seasons, the team did make the playoffs once, getting to the
conference finals in their third year. The Minnesota
Wild have a strong group going into 2012, with Wes Walz as
captain and Marian Gaborik and Brian Rolston as alternates.
They won 38 games in 2006 and look for more this time
around. The Minnesota Wild 2012 calendar is a must
have for hockey fans. They are now based in St. Paul. |
