62-years old, the incomparable Alice Cooper began performing
heavy metal music way back in 1964. Those 45 years of
stage has brought some crazy, shocking, and downright scary
shows as electric chairs and guillotines have been used in
his act. The 2012 Alice Cooper calendar focuses on
those wild concerts that he is known for. Originally,
the name Alice Cooper was simply the name of the band that
Vincent Furnier was part of. The group had hits in the
early 1970's such as Eighteen and School's Out. The
Alice Cooper 2012 calendar above is all about his solo career
which began afterward. It was in 1975, that Furnier
broke away from the band to become a solo artist. It
was then that he adopted the name of the band as his own.
Since that time, everyone has known him as Alice Cooper.
He was recently ranked #20 on VH1's top 100 artists of hard
