This Bonsai is made for sculpting and for those who pay
attention to intricate details. The ancient Chinese
art of sculpting a small plant to the most specific detail.
It was some 1,700 years ago that this art was created but it
did not become popular until much later and has now even
made it's way to America for people looking to learn.
The front image of the 2012 Trees calendar shows a Bonsai up
against the corner of a building, with dark bricks on the
left and a flatter surface behind it. The roots have
shifted this plant away from the pot, but it is still
growing and healthy. The back images of the 2012 Trees calendar show even more, as this plant comes in all shapes and sizes. |
