The place features the world's tallest tree, with miles of
uninhabited coastline, lagoons, waterfalls, and ancient
forests. Redwood National Park is located in Northern
California, near Crescent City. It was declared a park
in 1968. The first photograph of the 2012 Redwood
National Park calendar is taken at a lower angle looking
upward into the vast array of trees. With a misty
light covering the tops of the trees and greens all around,
this is a breathtaking image. There is also a picture
of the coast inside the Redwood National Park 2012 calendar, looking out at the Pacific Ocean. Most views of the coast will be accompanied by house after house, but not this area, which is preserved land. |
