semi-fictitious rock band called Tenacious D was formed in
1999 by actors Jack Black and Kyle Gass. They created
an album in 2001 and they performed a series of shorts on
HBO. In the 2012 Tenacious D in: The Pick of Destiny
calendar, you'll see humorous stuff from Black and Gass.
The movie is to be released in November of 2006 and stars
Meat Loaf along with Black and Gass. The Tenacious D
movie was screened by a test audience last year. The
ending did not go over well and was redone. However,
the Tenacious D 2012 calendar has gone over exceptionally
well and is great for all. Jack Black delights
everyone.
