Also appeared in Willow, Alexander, The Salton Sea, Top Gun, and starred in The Doors. Val Kilmer was born on the last day of the 1950's in Los Angeles, and he attended Julliard as a teenager. He performed for years on stage and in theaters and did not make his debut on the big screen until 1984 when he acted in "Top Secret!". "Top Gun" was released in 1986, but Val Kilmer didn't land a major role after that until his breakthrough performance as Jim Morrison in "The Doors". It was soon thereafter that Val Kilmer assumed the role of Batman from Michael Keaton, who had played in the previous two editions. In the above poster, "The Saint" was done in 1997. Val Kilmer is now working on a number of projects, including "Delgo" and "10th the Wolf", which are to be released in 2006.
