He was the mayor of New York City from 1994-2002. Rudy Giuliani was at the helm during the tragedy of September 11, 2001. He is a man of great skill, but also a man with questionable morls. Giuliani was born in Brooklyn in 1944 and graduated from NYU Law School in 1968. He moved to Washington D.C. in 1975 to work in the Attorney General's office. By 1981, Rudy Giuliani held the fourth highest position in the Department of Justice. It was in 1983 where Giuliani represented New York as a U.S. attorney and prosecuted Ivan Boesky and Michael Milken for illegal insider trading. Rudy Giuliani has had a long-time mistress, while staying married; he tried to stay on as mayor of New York when his term was up, and he has associated himself with some questionable characters, such as Bernard Kerik, the Police Commissioner of New York.
