Tuscany is a region in central Italy and considered one of the most beautiful parts of the country. The region is located on the northwestern side of the country and borders the Tyrrhenian Sea. Tuscany is home to more than 3.5 million people. Tourists come from far and wide to visit the area. They can go to Florence or Pisa or many other provinces. This Tuscan Hills poster shows three frames of gorgeous, rolling hills. In terms of history, the ruling government of Tuscany was the Medici family for 60 years in the 15th century and then again from again in the 16th century. Tuscany was later established as a Republic and had rulers such as Cosimo III, Gian Gastone, Francis of Lorraine, and Leopold I of Lorraine. |
