One of
the best selling soft drinks of all time is Pepsi. A
rival to Coca-Cola, Pepsi was created in 1903 in the United
States. It had been made prior to that date, but was
not trademarked until then. Over the years, Pepsi and
Coke have battled it out, with each showing commercials that
try to best one another. The 1980's were no exception,
as these Pepsi t-shirts show the logo and the challenge that
became popular at the time. People were asked to 'take
the Pepsi Challenge', which entailed trying two soft drinks
(Pepsi and Coke) and determining which one is better.
