that don't eat meat are considered vegetarians. They
do not eat any animal products, which includes fish and
dairy products as well. The Veggie Chick t-shirts
feature a little chick on the front with a little red bow in
it. It is a symbol of being a vegetarian. The
nutrition of being a vegan does not create any issues if
done properly. It is very much recommended that
supplements be used in addition to your regular diet.
The shirts are a cute representation of the vegan community.
There is much criticism from a health perspective, but it
can be overcome.
