States category. The White Sands Missile Range and Hollman Air
Force base are located in Alamogordo, New Mexico. The
Alamogordo t-shirts show a vintage style.
In the
central to southern area of New Mexico near the border with
Mexico is the city of Alamogordo. In Spanish, the
town's name means fat cottonwood. The town is famous
for being the site of atomic missile testing by the American
government. The Alamogordo t-shirts feature a fade
look on one and a 50's style shirt for girls on the other.
The White Sands Missile Range and the Holloman Air Force
Base both are in this city. It was chosen for the vast
amount of deserted and open space. The Alamagordo
t-shirts prove that the area is deserted no longer.
There are many residents here now. Alamagordo was the
location of the first atomic bomb test in human history.
It occurred on July 16, 1945.
