in between the Santa Monica mountains and West Hollywood,
Beverly Hills gives off the reputation of being super rich.
The Beverly Hills t-shirts focus on the 208 area code and
more. Although the perception is that the town is
wealthy, about 90% of it is not. There are a number of
modest homes, rental units, and cheap duplexes.
