Famous
for having two of the foremost institutions within their
city limits, the People's Republic of Cambridge is the home
of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T.) and
Harvard University. It is often referred to as a
Republic due to their strong liberal political beliefs.
The Cambridge t-shirts have a sports design with an XXL
label and one in cursive. A number of squares make the
city what it is, with Harvard, Kendall, Porter, and Central
Square the most known. The two Cambridge t-shirts do
not use the word 'Republic', but if you're from the area,
you know the reputation. The city makes up part of the
Greater Boston area. At times, it is difficult to know
where Boston ends and Cambridge begins as they are so
intertwined. |
