On the
big island of Hawaii, not to be confused with the state as a
whole, is the city of Hilo. The community is home to
only 40,000, despite being the biggest city on the biggest
island. The Hilo t-shirts focus on the girls and
feature a fitted version. Two volcanoes encompass the
area, with one being active and the other dormant. The
second Hilo t-shirts states that someone loves you.
Not a lot of vacationers frequent the big island or this
town. In terms of demographics, Hilo is predominantly
Asian and Pacific Islander. Only 17% describe
themselves as white. One of the University of Hawaii's
campuses is here and services about 3,000 students. |
