Here are two
Knoxville t-shirts from our medium sized towns in the southern U.S.
grouping. Big Orange Country, as it has come to be known is
the location of the University of Tennessee Vols. The
Knoxville t-shirts feature the 865 dialing code.
The
Marble City, as it is often called, of Knoxville is the
third biggest in the state of Tennessee. It was
originally the capital of the state in 1796, but that
switched to Murfreesboro and eventually Nashville. The
865 is the Knoxville t-shirts area code and shows a car
tread-like style. For a while the city was branded as
the underwear capital of the world for the textile and
clothing manufacturing. The affection is seen in these
Knoxville t-shirts above right. The Vols of UT are in
Knoxville and the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame is too.
It opened in 1999 and already has dozens of members
including Jody Conradt and Pat Summit.
