silver city of the world is the New Haven County city of
Meriden. The Connecticut community is in the southwest
part of the state towards New York and is home to 59,000.
The Meriden t-shirts have a football and sports theme to
them. Even though Connecticut does not technically
have a pro sports franchise, the New England Patriots
represent the six state region that includes this state.
The female Meriden t-shirts should be worn by all the girls
in town to show off. The industry of choice in Meriden
is cutlery, hence the nickname. These cutlery firms
were more prominent in the 1800's, but the title has stuck
through the years.
