The
hardware city in Hartford County in central Connecticut is
the city of New Britain. The Stanley Works
corporation, which produces household durable goods is
headquarter here. The New Britain t-shirts are
colorful with a red pattern with a black 3-D background on
one. Some extraordinary people live here, including
sportscaster Jack Arute, NFL star Tebucky Jones, basketball
player Lamar Odom, and baseball legend Earl Snyder.
The New Britain t-shirts have more of a football feel to
them, but you can wear them to any sport. For a long
time the Boston Red Sox had their AA farm team here.
The New Britain Rock Cats are now affiliated with the
Minnesota Twins organization. The Rock Cats play in
the Eastern League. |
