You may
not have even realized that this was an actual city, but
Oshkosh, Wisconsin definitely exists as more than just a
children's clothing company. The company, OshKosh
B'Gosh, is an internationally known manufacturer that began
here back in 1895. Wearing this Oshkosh t-shirts will
probably remind a passerby of the overalls and clothes.
The city was established in 1853, so it didn't take the
clothing firm long to adopt the town name. Show
outsiders that these Oshkosh t-shirts mean more than just
the corporation. Oshkosh also has a grand opera house,
the Leach Amphitheater for concerts and festivals, a public
museum, and one of the campuses for the University of
Wisconsin. The Badgers are quite popular. |
