The
suburb of Cleveland on the shores of Lake Erie is the
Cuyahoga County city of Parma. The Ohio town was first
incorporated as a village in 1924 and is still judged as one
of the safest places to live in the United States.
Looking at the Parma t-shirts, you wouldn't be able to tell
how close knit the community is. Drew Carey is the
most famous person from here, but others include Alan Ruck,
Ted Levine, and NHL player Dan Fritsche. The Parma
girls in these t-shirts are second to none. There are
more women living in Parma, Ohio than men, so it is only a
matter of time before one of them becomes famous as well.
The theme song of the Drew Carey show is called "Moon Over
Parma", in reference to his hometown. |
