As
close to Alabama as you can get and still be in the Sunshine
state of Florida is the site of Pensacola. The city of
five flags is located in the panhandle of Florida on
Escambia Bay on the Gulf of Mexico. The Pensacola
t-shirts show the red, white, and blue, a popular item
considering the United States Navy Base in nearby.
Although much of the region in the panhandle is nicknamed
'LA' for Lower Alabama, the Pensacola area seems to be apart
from that. The beach is a destination point for many

is very amenable to vacationers, spring breakers, and
tourists. The city is a hurricane spot, as the last
major one to come through was Dennis in 2005. |
