Below are two
Raleigh t-shirts from capitals of the Southern American states
category. The Triangle, as it has been called from Research
Triangle Park, includes Raleigh, Chapel Hill, and Durham. The
Raleigh t-shirts feature the 919 dialing code.
The
saying is "You can see the whole state from here" and even
though that is a slight exaggeration, you can see a great
deal from the North Carolina capital city of Raleigh.
It is also called the city of oaks for the mass amount of
oak trees in the area. The 919 is the dialing code
seen in these Raleigh t-shirts. They represent a new
trend in clothing outerwear. The other Raleigh
t-shirts are seen here in pink and in a girl's design, but
they are available in men's styles and in sweatshirts.
North Carolina State University (N.C. State) is located in
Raleigh. The Wolfpack are in the Atlantic Coast
Conference (ACC) and typically have a moderately successful
athletic program. The basketball team recently reached
the finals of the ACC Tournament.
